Registrations are re-open for all Peewee and Bantam age players. Season will start in October as in past years. We will be needing players at both levels so a combined effort is needed in recruiting players. Use the registration tabs to register.

Allston Brighton Youth Hockey Registration for 2010 - 2011

Allston Brighton Youth Hockey is accepting registrations for the 2010-2011 season. We will have Travel (Mite, Squirt, Peewee & Bantam Teams), a House league (4 on 4) for 2^nd year LTS players and also our Learn to Skate program on Saturdays at the Cleveland Circle DCR Rink.
 
Important:
Each player and coach must register with USA Hockey before registering with ABYHA. You will receive a confirmation email message from USA Hockey. Keep this message. You will need your USA Hockey confirmation number to register with ABBYH.
For player registrations you will need to pay a registration fee ($35.00) to USA Hockey. This was always paid by the league in the past. Players under the age of six are free.
 
Travel Teams:

Travel teams once again this year will consist of Mite, Squirts, Peewee and Bantams. They will compete in the Greater Boston League and should have a 24 game schedule.  The cost of the Travel Teams this year for Allston Brighton Youth Hockey will remain at $550.00.


House Program:
New this year the Allston Brighton House (4 on $) Program is free for Allston Brighton Residents. All outside participants will be required to pay a $150.00 participation fee.  This House League is step two of the learn to Skate program. It introduces players to the game of hockey. We will be setting up teams and playing controlled cross ice (4 on 4) games. It will be fun for all players. Player should be 2nd year learn to skate participants, have most of their own equipment. The league will provide game shirts.
 
Learn To Skate Program:
The Allston Brighton Learn To Skate Program is free for Allston Brighton Residents. All outside participants will be required to pay a $150.00 participation fee.  There is no fee for this program other than the USA Hockey registration fee (if player is 6 or older).  We have sets of rental equipment that will be passed out to FIRST TIME youngsters. These are used to introduce the young players to hockey. Once it is established that your child is going to continue in the program you should look into purchasing equipment yourself. We are attempting to purchase more sets of equipment for the new players. This may take a few weeks. You are free to register. If you have equipment you can skate we will contact you when equipment arrives.
